Not a day goes by that I don't miss Tyler. I miss him not being here. I miss that we won't have any more times together. I miss what he will never have. But most important, hate thet their is no clusure.

Who murdered my son?

Who made you God?

How do you sleep at night?

But, God is a God of forgiveness and I know as a believer, I must forgive.

Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep. Romans 12:5

My name is Dr. Brenda Miller-Chambliss. Along with my husband Dr. Will Chambliss we are the founders of the Embassy Church of God in Christ (embassytv.net), Palatka, Fl. I would like to introduce you to the National Day of Remembrance for Murder Victims, remembering those whose life were  lost to homicide or suicide.

Robert and Charlotte Hullinger, of Cincinnati, formed Parents of Murdered Children following the 1978 murder of their 19-year-old daughter, Lisa, while she was studying in Germany. For over 29 years (1978 - 2006) Parents of Murdered Children (pomc.org) had helped thousands of families and friends who had lost people to murder. In 2007, Congress recognized their efforts and designated September 25th (the day Lisa was murdered) as the National Day of Remembrance for Murder Victims.

The Putnam county recognition of the National Day of Remembrance for Murder Victims is being hosted by Drs. Will & Brenda Chambliss. Why? Because our son Tyler Randolph Eugene Williams was murdered July 17,2020 in Sylva, NC. We are using this day to launch our new ministry and website, Step By Step Women's Grief Ministry, for Survivors of Murder and Suicide Victims (stepbystepwgm.com).

This ministry will be ongoing and offering Grief Support, Step by Step TV, 24/7 On Demand Video library, additional information and resources on our website and community youth outreach to deal with Gun Violence, Ride to Rid Gun Violence (https://stepbystepwgm.com/ride-to-rid).

If you have lost a family member to Murder or Suicide, I would love to connect with you. I am Dr. Brenda Miller Chambliss, founder of Step By Step Women's Grief Ministry for Victims of Murder or Suicide Survivors (stepbystepwgm.com) a ministry of the Embassy Church of God in Christ, Palatka (embassytv.net). We will honor the National Day of Remembrance for Murder Victims, September 25th on Facebook live starting at 12:00 noon.

A part of the broadcast will be to recognize victims of homicide or suicide in our area; Putnam, Clay, Flagler and St Johns County. If you are out of the area, please include your city and state. We would like a photo with the name, date of birth, date of death of your lost loved one that will be a part of our Video of Remembrance. We have a deadline of September 10th.
